By using the OnePass Systems intake experience operated for OnePass Systems, you agree to these terms.

Agency access and permitted use

A OnePass subscription is for the subscribing agency's own insurance-brokerage operations. The agency may give access to its employees, officers, and contractors working on its behalf without a per-user charge, subject to its applicable subscription agreement.

Access does not extend to a separate agency, brokerage, enterprise, or other outside business. The agency may not share accounts or credentials, resell or sublicense the service, or use its subscription to process work for another agency as though that agency were a user. The agency is responsible for keeping access limited to authorized people and promptly removing people who no longer work on its behalf. We may suspend or restrict access that breaches these rules or threatens the security or reliable operation of the service.

Not an insurance offer

Intake answers, gathering suggestions, and coverage line hints are for organization only. They are not quotes, binders, or offers of insurance. Placement decisions are made by your licensed broker and specialty markets.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Material misstatements may affect coverage or claims.

Portal access

Email codes are for your use only. Do not share portal access. You are responsible for activity under your verified email.

Service availability

We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Matt James LLC provides submission workflow software;OnePass Systems provides broker services.
